Positive: Location brilliant, both for beaches and local amenities. Very comfortable house with plenty of internal space. House very well equipped, including with books and toys, which were very well received by our younger guests! The owner had not replaced the house manual, but more than made up for it by helpful and comprehensive emails (unprompted!)
Negative: As always in Ralph Street, parking occasionally tricky, but not a major problem. Outside space a bit limited and external steps a bit precipitous.
Summary: A comfortable, well equipped house in an excellent location

Positive: Located very near the beach at Borth y Gest (superb view from top bedroom!). Parking usually outside the front door. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, including games and children's toys. Local map provided to borrow, showed straightforward route by coast path into Porthmadog (about 25 minutes' walk). Hosts left welcome offering. Very comfortable seating in the living room (upstairs).
Negative: Be aware that there are quite a lot of stairs. Some upstairs bedroom windows had no blind / curtain. Curtain in ground floor bedroom too narrow.
Summary: Very comfortable stay in a great, quiet location
